El Pino Experiences
Dinner under The Pine
It all begins with a sunset aperitif beneath the majestic EL Pino. At our long table, we invite you to share inspiring conversations with guests from other corners of the world. Shift your perspective, discover different ways of life, and savour the freshest Andalusian cuisine, prepared with regional produce and vegetables from our own organic garden.
The art of Breakfast
Aroma and delight in every detail. María José, a lifelong coffee lover who honed her skills in the U.S. managing an espresso business, curates our coffee specialties, while Christian, after many journeys through Asia, brings his expertise to an exquisite selection of teas.
All is presented on fine porcelain with soft linens — the perfect first brushstroke on the blank canvas of your day.
Scenic Trails
You are in one of the most fertile and lush areas of Andalusia.
The GR7 trail passes close to the estate, leading you along natural routes that wind through olive groves, almond orchards, and avocado fields, all nourished by an ancient Arab irrigation system that has carried Sierra Nevada's meltwater since Roman times.

Between Granada and the Sea – beauty to fall in love with.
The Lecrín Valley – Andalusia’s best kept secret
Between the historic city of Granada and the beaches of the Costa Tropical lies the Lecrín Valley, one of Andalusia’s hidden gems, blessed with a pleasant microclimate and milder temperatures than in the rest of the region.
From El Pino, you look down onto Albuñuela s, one of the valley’s most authentic white villages. Surrounded by mountains and fertile lands of almond trees, orange groves, and avocado orchards, it retains its rich agricultural tradition.
Crystal-clear ravines invite refreshing hikes, while the village’s Andalusian heritage is visible in its old washhouses, street layout, and the Arab tower that recalls centuries of history.
From the Whisper of the Nasrids to the Gentle Sounds of the Mediterranean
The Lecrín Valley is not just a destination, but the heart of a privileged geography.
To the north, Granada unfolds its magic. The Alhambra — with its Nasrid palaces, fragrant gardens, and stone secrets — is far more than a monument: it is a journey through time. Walking through its silent halls, with the city at your feet and the Sierra Nevada in the distance, is an experience that leaves a lasting impression. Visiting the Alhambra is a journey to the heart of Al-Andalus. Considered one of the jewels of the world’s heritage, this palace complex is also among the most visited UNESCO sites on the planet.
The Alhambra requires advance booking. We are delighted to check availability and arrange official tickets for our guests, including night visits or access to the Nasrid Palaces.
To the south, the Costa Tropical reveals its Mediterranean soul.
Hidden coves, warm waters, and fishing villages with whitewashed houses like Salobreña and Almuñécar invite you to discover a slower pace of life. Here, winter takes on the guise of spring, and the days taste of ripe fruit and salt.
