These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made at El Pino Retreat.
By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to comply with the following conditions.

1. RESERVATION

To confirm your stay, you must provide accurate information (personal details, dates, number of guests, etc.). The booking is considered valid once you receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone at +34 608 908 689.

2. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in: From 3:00 p.m. (early check-in subject to availability).
Check-out: Before 11:00 a.m. (late check-out available upon request, subject to an additional fee).
We kindly ask you to respect these times to ensure a smooth stay for all guests.

3. RATES & PAYMENTS

The total amount of your stay, along with any applicable service supplements, will be detailed at the time of booking. Payment, cancellation, and date-change conditions may vary depending on the selected rate.

4. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS POLICY

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.
No refunds will be issued for early departures or unused nights, unless otherwise stated in your booking.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters or pandemics), El Pino Retreat may apply special cancellation conditions, which will be communicated promptly to guests.

5. SECURITY DEPOSIT

When booking the entire property, a security deposit of EUR 400 is required on the day of arrival. This deposit will be refunded within 3 days after check-out, once the good condition of the facilities has been verified.

6. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

Guests are expected to:
Respect the house rules and all common and private areas.
Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the accommodation.
Use facilities safely and responsibly.
Avoid hosting parties or loud events.
Keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 p.m. to ensure everyone’s rest.
Any damage caused will be charged to the responsible guest. 

7. PETS

Well educated dogs are welcome in our apartment, provided they do not exceed 40 kg. A supplement of EUR 55 per week of stay applies. Upon booking confirmation, we will send you the specific conditions for stays with dogs.

8. NON-SMOKING POLICY

El Pino Retreat is a smoke-free property in all indoor areas. Smoking in unauthorized areas may result in cleaning and deodorizing charges.

Designated outdoor smoking areas with ashtrays are available. Due to the high fire risk in rural southern Andalusia, smoking is prohibited in any other outdoor areas not specifically designated for this purpose. We appreciate your understanding.

9. PERSONAL BELONGINGS & LOST ITEMS

The property is not responsible for the loss or misplacement of personal items. Found items will be kept for 2 months; thereafter, they may be donated or discarded. Items can be collected upon presentation of valid identification or shipped at the guest’s expense.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

We will do our utmost to provide you with an enjoyable stay. However, we cannot accept responsibility for expenses or inconvenience resulting from circumstances beyond our control, such as flight cancellations, extreme weather conditions, pandemics, or government decisions.
